If you create an online account (when available), you are responsible for maintaining its confidentiality and all activity under it.

4. Use of the Service

Estimates are provided based on the scope of work and may be subject to change if conditions differ upon service delivery. Payment terms will be stated in your invoice or service agreement. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of scheduled work. Late cancellations may be subject to fees.

7. Property Access & Safety

You agree to provide safe access to the property where services are to be performed. We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule services if unsafe conditions exist (e.g., dangerous weather, blocked access, hazards).

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we perform work to professional construction standards, we do not guarantee that roofs, siding, windows, gutters, or decks will remain free from damage due to weather, wear, or other external factors after service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Minnesota Roofing Company, its officers, employees, and subcontractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including property damage, delays, or loss of use, arising from the Service. Our total liability will not exceed the total fees paid by you for the Service giving rise to the claim.
